General Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to SVP, North Asia and China , Process Automation

Job Description:
-Assist SVP with daily administrative work, including setting up meetings, travel arrangements, report and document preparation and filing, budgeting and expenses claims.
-Provide general admin assistance to the management team when required, including internal coordination, regular internal meeting organization, visitor program preparation and annual team activities organization.
- Regular team purchase and payments in the internal systems.
-Other related tasks as assigned by boss.


Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in English, Administration or other related majors
-At least 5 years' experience as administrative secretary or assistant in multi-national companies
-Good English language and communication skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading)
