Job Duties：

• Provide expert level technical advisory and support to GCN ITD UPS/Cooling products, including functionality, characteristic parameter / technical specification / failure analysis, /FSB information etc.

• Provide L2 level on-site service technical support in response to major complex fault that FSR team escalated, and deliver the analysis of root cause, implementation guidelines. effectively solve the problems on-site.

• Assist with software installation, customer and device onboarding (StruxureOn)

• Support customer app and account setup and explain how to use

• Check Data, Alarm and Log file (when available) for advanced troubleshooting

• Remotely inform customer of self-help actions (Reset, Restart) or about =S= actions for quick resolution via call, chat and email

• Check Contract situation in BFS

• Manage FSR dispatch on-site through local scheduling team, with all information possible, to be better prepared for the break-fix visit (avoiding unnecessary visits)

• Identify correct spare parts, Order parts and ship

• Manage product/spare parts shipments to site with scheduling team

• Proactively inform customers about alarm before they happen, where possible

• Opportunity notification creation in BFS after Lifecycle alarms

• Assist remote software upgrades and patches with customer or FSR onsite

• Participate in DCIM support community

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above

• Major in Mechanical/EE/Automation or relevant

• good English Skill and fast learner

• experienced in On-site service
