注：该岗位预计为东北新建工厂储备人员，将在河南焦作工厂培训2-3个月，未来工作地点预计常驻东北区域。

Essential Duties& Responsibilities
 基本职责和责任：
注：基本职责和责任包括以下内容,随着公司业务的发展变化情况可能会增加其它内容。
The assistant plant Manager works closely with production manager and oversees and is responsible for all work activities that occur in the plant and yard. This position specifies in the main responsibilities listed below:
助理厂长应配合生产经理负责整个漏缝板厂的生产管理。主要工作职责如下：

1.Routine working hours: walk through the plant and yard at minimum of twice a day observing all equipment functions (including the boiler, batch plant, and Coote Machines), worker performance, and safety procedures. Observe the quality of the slats being produced and will work with the Quality Control personnel to ensure that Hog Slat standards of quality are being met.
日常工作：每个工作日至少在车间巡视两次，观察设备运行情况如锅炉、搅拌机、Coote设备等，工人工作情况以及安全操作流程生产环境等。检测并确保漏缝板成品质量，减少次品率；
2.Safety, Environment and Health: Work with the division manager and production manager to deploy business processes that align with Hog Slat and local government requirements. A safety process is deployed with a goal of zero accidents.
工厂EHS管理：建立合理的符合当地政府要求的EHS流程，以实现零事故目标；
3.Implement the production schedule requested and coordinate or improve it with production manager and division manager based on the production requests.
根据生产经理要求执行生产计划，并根据实际情况提出改进建议；
4.Equipment maintenance at the facility: work closely with the maintenance personnel and machine operators to ensure that the equipment is running at a high level of productivity with minimal breakdowns.
厂区设备维护：协调工厂机修人员，确保厂区设备正常运作，避免因设备故障引起的停产；
5.Staffing and training: recruit necessary work force to meet the production requirements, evaluating the job performance of the plant employees and the ongoing training of plant employees in proper production practices, ensure that there are back up, cross trained machine operators for all plant functions so that production is minimally impacted by employee absences.
人员招聘和培训：根据生产需求招聘合适的人员，提供相关的在岗培训，评估员工工作能力，为员工提供轮岗，减少整条生产线因个别人员不在岗而受影响的情况；
6.Purchasing and logistics: work closely with production manager and suppliers, ordering all raw materials, consumables, small tools, safety equipment and other items necessary for the proper running of the plant, and transportation of slats.
采购和物流：根据生产要求采购所有原材料、易耗品、小工具、安全防护用品等必要物品，协调漏缝板运输；
7.Production management: work closely with the production manager and division manager to develop more efficient production practices and procedures and continuously be looking for ways to improve efficiency and slat quality.
生产管理：积极配合生产经理的要求，不断改善生产流程，改进产品质量；
8.Other tasks assigned by production manager and division manager.
其它由部门经理和全球漏缝板经理分配的临时任务。

Qualifications
任职资格:
Skill/Knowledge Required 技能/知识要求
1.Undergraduate Degree with Engineering Management major or technical experience is preferred
大专学历或以上，工科背景尤佳
2.At least 2 years production management experience or related
至少2年生产管理相关工作经验,预制件或商混站管理经验者优先
3.Multi-national working background

4.Structural thinking and work under pressure

5.A good team leader with demonstrated team building, leadership and conflict resolution skills

6.Responsible with working and understanding risk management

7.Ability to effectively communication (written, verbal, presentation skills) at multiple levels of Hog Slat, sufficient written English is required, good oral English is a plus

8.Computer Technology – Demonstrates uses of basic PC software programs; explore how to effectively utilize and implement plant software; uses the internet to research changes.
