Summary of Responsibility

Responsible for the Lab routines of the Jiangyin Mauser plant to ensure the ESH, quality & service, volume and cost objectives are met, Responsible for general supervision of the manufacturing inspection and test functions at every stage of the manufacturing process. May supervise inspection and test activities of operators. Performs function failure testing as well as physical defects. but not limited as below mentioned.




Key Accountabilities


1) Responsible for the quality & ESH system in the laboratory well implemented.

2) Responsible for the report to customer, supplier & internal request timely.

3) Responsible for lab daily normal operation ,including lab instrument, tool & gage preliminary

4) Define test method & perform test method design as to customer request, local law & UN etc.

5) Confirming the test requirements with engineering &production team to support manufacturing and the field through corrective action to improve product design and/or reduce product and production cost.

6) Test standard implement; test plan implement, for example to prepare samples to measure, set up and conduct the test.

7) Test results evaluation and analysis for solution, maintain files of all test data and generate test report.

8) Maintain test equipment& system, maintain facility equipment related with test and etc. to achieve test purpose as required

9) Do the test instruments housekeeping, verification and calibrations on time based on the Standard work instructions;

10) Assist SHEQ manager to instruct & audit production line.

11) Other tasks assigned by superior.


Qualifications and Requirements



Possess at least a bachelor degree in mechanical subjects, material science, or equivalent experience and/or degree and/or background.
1+ years experiences of lab running, familiar with Lab facility construction, knowledge of testing methodologies are preferred,
experiences in plastic or mechanical industry, plastic &metal drum manufacturing experiences are preferred
· Ability to demonstrate in-depth understanding of special tooling, such as familiar with SPC, FMEA, MSA & Minitab etc. are preferred.

· Good knowledge of ISO9001:2008&ISO14001:2004, own the internal auditor cert. of ISO9001:2008 & ISO14001:2004 are preferred.

· Good team player

Proven ability to work under minimal supervision.
· Good at writing and verbal communication ability in both English and Chinese

· Problems-solving and troubleshooting abilities

· Good skills on MS-Office, E-mail etc.
