Purpose of the job:

I.To provide services of supporting ,training,workflow consulting,and implementation assisting on SAP system module to all Bekaert Asia entities

II.To coordinate with SAP Group team to realize and achieve the strategic goals of ERP in Bekaert Asia entities

Your role / 岗位描述

I.Working with Bekaert signed SAP consulting company and Bekaert Group SAP team,well support any SAP function problems or enhancement requests from SAP users who located in different Bekaert Asia entities with standardized SAP supporting procedures.Summarizes problems,methods,or experiences encountered during the works and timely contribute them to Bekaert SAP competence platform

II.Well deploy SAP skill to related users in Bekaert Asia entities to ensure them have enough SAP competency and SAP workflow concept for their daily SAP working

III.Communicates with all SAP related users (functional department/people)including timely visit Bekaert Asia entities,find and solve problem on using SAP and provide relevant consulting service

IV.Well communicates with Bekaert Group SAP team and Bekaert signed SAP consulting company, and direct superior about SAP work situation,and presents own analysis and proposals

V.Assist Bekaert signed SAP consulting company to conduct the SAP implementation in any Bekaert Asia entities,including data treatment,work flow review,analysis and adjustment,and user training etc.

Your profile / 职位要求

Education and experience requirement :

I.junior college or university education,with accounting/economics/IT/engineering related as major

II.at least 2 years of experienced SAP warehouse/logistic(key)users&familiar with warehouse management/sales delivery/shipment flow or with at least 2 years of SAP WM/SD first line support working experience in a foreign invested company

III.fluent Engish communication skill

II.external PR and communication skills

III.initiative and strong analyzing skill
