Responsibilities

· Develop and manufacture mold injection tooling;

· Participate in molding injection machine model selection and planning for machine maintenance;

· Set up mold injection production line, Adjust machine when needed;

· Optimize process/machine/mold of molding injection to enhance productivity and reduce NC rate;

· Solve problems in molding injection production;

· Follow up trial production for new mold/machine/material;;

· Participate in molding injection machine management;

· Submit improvement plan such as quick change-over, etc.;

· Finish controlled documents such as Work Instruction, etc.;

· Train operators about operation and maintenance skill;

· Participate in NPI project about molding injection.

Requirements:

· 3+ years in molding injection in a multinational company, medical experience is plus;

· Good written/verbal English skills;

· Can develop mold injection tooling independently;

· Understand characteristics of plastic material

· Understand characteristics of molding injection machine and accessorial equipment

· Can operate machine and can solve NC problem by adjusting molding parameters, etc.

· Fluent in using UG NX to design the tooling.

    公司已于2005年1月通过ISO13485：2003认证，并试制成功了创伤类产品，已基本完成临床实验。
