Location: Shanghai/PR China

Job Purpose:
To provide the best business support to Global Head CSO and to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Major Accountabilities

Business support:
- Anticipate tasks, stay "one-step ahead"
- Act as business confidante and provide Global Head CSO with feedback, input and a different perspective on a wide range of issues
- Support Global Sourcing team in office routine
- Develop and manage Global Head CSO Meeting Calendar
- Coordinate Global Sourcing Department meetings and other meetings/Telecons propose agenda & venue, track progress on actions
- Prepare briefing for Global Sourcing Department meetings and other meetings assemble pre-information, propose China -relevant agenda items
- Stay close to projects where Global Head CSO is a stakeholder and hold people accountable for delivery of actions
- Manage expense claims
- Act as a translator on a as needed base - in SHA and off-site

- Good and efficient biz support.
- Ensure smooth office administration
- No disclosure of company confidential information
- Meet deadlines of tasks assigned
- Good supervision/co-ordination of task of Ayi (Cleaner)

Background:
Education :University degree, major in English/and or professional secretary with good PC knowledge and biz sense
Experience:2 years relevant working experience in multi-national company
Languages:Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
