职位描述：
Responsibility:
a. Based on the product and customer requirements, build up the testing and simulation environments with rational financial consideration.
b. Based on the system requirements of products, prepare the test and simulation specification and plan.
c. Communicate and coordinate with the third party lab for the testing accomplishment.
d. Take the lead for the trouble shooting from the testing and simulation results.
e. Hire, coach and retain the project managers to complete the target.

qualification:
a. B.S or M.S in electric engineering, computer sciences, mechanic engineering, etc..
b. Above 8 years experiences in R&D product development and validation.
c. Above 3 years project management or system work.
d. Familiar with different OEM vehicle development and validation process.
e. Good in English communication, writing and oral. 举报 分享
