2 制定与落实下属各项培训计划。
3 协助校长建立和谐关系，组织文化活动，处理好内部矛盾和投诉。
4 根据校长下达的目标，分配、考核及监管招生团队绩效。

1.较强的客户开发意识和能力；
2.较强的数据敏感度和分析能力；
3.较强的服务意识，熟练的招生技巧；
4.团队合作、团队管理、团队培训能力；
