职位描述：
Senior Technical Manager 高级技术经理

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this unique business which not only develops its own products but acts as a leading retailer in its field. With rapid growth this retailer requires an experienced senior technical manager to join their expanding team. The role is to work on costumes for both children and adults.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
? Working on styles from initial sample to approval of shipment samples.
? Compiling clear, accurate fit comments with photos and technical diagrams where required.
? Assessing garments in terms of fit, price and quality, making informed commercial decisions where required
? The main focus of this role will be looking at existing lines and helping to improve them in terms of price and quality
? Working closely with the Far East office and supply base on a daily basis.
? Meeting production deadlines using critical path management
? Frequent factory visits to build relationships and ensure RHS quality and WOW are established and followed through
? Working with and training more junior technologists based in the Far East office

Skills Required:
? A sound understanding of garment fit, construction and grading
? A good understanding of technical requirements for children’s styles Inc. risk assessment and EN71
? Previous experience of visiting and working with suppliers in the Far East
? Ability to problem solve, pre-empt risks and find solutions
? The ability to make sound commercial decisions about a product
? Ability to implement and develop processes & procedures with new factories.
? Excellent communication and organisational skills.
? A flexible approach and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
? Ability to self-motivate and motivate others
? Competent IT skills (Word, Excel & Email)
? Full, clean driving licence
? Knowledge of QC/Testing/Legislation/Audit experience would be valuable but is not essential
Location:
This role is based in Hangzhou, some travels are essential.
Salary:
Dependant on experience

? 对儿童款式的风险评估和EN71等技术性要求有充分的理解；
? 有与供应商一起合作的工作经历；
? 具备解决问题、预估风险、提供方案的能力；
? 针对特定产品，具备做出良好商业决策的能力；
? 能够与新供应商建立和发展新的工作流程和程序；
? 良好的沟通能力和组织能力；
? 能够适应快节奏的工作环境，灵活变通；
? 能够自我激烈，也能激励团队成员；
? 掌握一定的IT技能 (Word, Excel & Email)；
? 有驾照，并能安全驾驶；
? 对QC/测试/法规/审核有一定的认识和经验，会有额外优势。
