职位描述：
Essential duty & responsibilities:
- You will take the lead for the global marketing strategy and framework by accumulation of local verticals and drive value add through a global point of view
- You will help develop musical.ly to a global brand and help ensure all of our marketing activities are state of the art
- You will leverage and nurture existing values and approaches in strong collaboration with local marketing team

Qualification:
- Experienced in international marketing strategies with extensive background in entertainment industry
- Creative, independent, and confident personality, strong communication skills, as well as an organized, autonomous and team-oriented working style
- Leadership experience and the necessary intrapreneurial drive to develop our business
- Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
