Engineer for gas analyzer department – chance for leadership of technical team.
Education: bachelor or master.
Major: engineer degree, preferred: automation or electronics
Age: should suit to our team and have some experience: 28 to 35 years
Work experience: ca. 5 years – experience in leadership of a team is welcome
Experience in analyzer business is welcome
Salary: 150.000 – 200.000 RMB
Language: Chinese and good English skills most communication is by mail
working time: full time: 40h / week

 
Dr. Födisch AG is a high technology company from Germany. Our system are installed in the stacks of waste incineration and power plants to control the emissions. We are working with distributors that need to be trained and supported. Over 1.000 analyzer and dust monitors are installed allover china.
Dr. Födisch AG has a good market share. Turnover in Chinese market is bigger than 50 Mio RMB.
For our technical department we are searching for a leader. He should be motivated by himself and organize the work for him and his technicians independent.
Training for the new leader will take part in Germany. He will be trained to be a system-specialist. He will get direct contact to the developers who are always available for support.
Tasks:
- Independent organization of work for himself and his team
- Show initiative by himself
- Train his employees to improve their skills.
- Working and reporting according to company standards
- Repair of analyzers in our repair and calibration center
- Go on site with team to make high quality maintenance and training or do upgrades on the cabinets to newest standards
- We expect knowledge in: AUTO-CAD und knowing of electrical drawings
- Readiness for travel
- Be a teamplayer in an international company.
