b) 宾馆预订
c) 交通安排（班车、接送交通安排等等）
d) 邀请函、派遣函制作
e) 访客支持（宾馆，交通，邀请函，会议安排等）
2. 企业活动支持，如家庭日、年会等
3. 付款申请
4. 平安保险通知及回执函发放
5. 公司内部/HR部门组织架构图更新
6. 招聘支持
a) 招聘系统支持，职位发布/关闭等
b) 文件准备
c) 员工体检安排及跟进
7. 团队安排的其它任务

任职资格
1. 细致、认真、负责和脚踏实地的工作态度
2. 对人力资源工作有热情和兴趣
3. 一周工作3天，至少工作6个月以上

工作地点：上海市普陀区大渡河路168弄31号E栋18楼，近2号线娄山关路地铁站（公司与地铁站有短驳班车）
工作时间：9:00 – 17:45
实习薪资：本科生100，研究生120

Responsibilities
1. Team Support:
a) Air ticket Reservation
b) Hotel Reservation
c) Transportation Arrangement(shuttle bus, transportation)
d) Invitation letter/Visa Application
e) Guest Support (Hotel, Transportation, Invitation Letter, Meeting arrangement)
2. Support on BMC activities (Family Day, Annual Dinner)
3. Payment Application
4. Ping’an Insurance Notification to all employees and Distribute Reply Letter to all employees
5. Organization Chart Consolidation for all company
6. Recruitment Support
a) Support on the E2R system, job posting/closure/operation in the system
b) Document preparation(offer, P-File)
c) Medical Check Arrangement & Follow up
7. Other tasks assigned by team
8. Report
9．Other work assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:
1. Hands-on attitude
2. Have interest in HR work
3. Can work at least 3 days/week, last for 6 months
