职位描述：

Technical Job Responsibility（工作职责）:

1. Provide high level QA services meeting customer's expectations for partners ; constantly follow the customer requirements; keep professional contact partner's representatives

提供高水准的质量服务以满足客户的期望，严格按照客户的要求执行，并和客户代表保持专业有效的沟通

2. Plan, manage and monitor the activities of subordinates; motivate and evaluate of their performance

计划，管理并监督现场人员的作业，激励并评估现场人员的工作表现。

3. Provide corresponding containment work instructions(s) containment technicians for rework jobs, the work instructions should be specified and understood easily by technicians, including safety instructions, tools used for rework/sorting, step by step work instructions.

提供给维修技工相应的作业指导书，作业指导书应该是详细明确的，并让技工通俗易懂的，包括使用作业安全事项，返工及筛选作业工具选用，每一步的作业流程说明

4. Prepare the training materials for all containment technical skills related to workshop rework activities, submit to supervisor for approval.

对所有现场涉及到各类返修活动，准备好相应的培训教程，并提交给主管批准。

5. Provide technical skill training and skill level evaluation to new on-board containment technicians, if unqualified after evaluation, need provide re-training plan to those unqualified containment technicians.

对所有新进维修技工进行维修技能培训及维修技能水平的评估，如果评估不合格，将提供再次培训计划给到那些评估不合格的员工。

6. Make the annual skill retraining plan to all on-site working containment technicians, the training will be scheduled and implemented by the actual working schedule.

对现场工作的维修技工进行每年例行技能再培训计划，培训将根据现场工作时间的实际情况进行安排和实施。

7. Manage and reserve the training record.

管理并存档培训记录

8. Make annual evaluation for each technical skill level to all on-site working containment technicians and provide the evaluation results to supervisor.

对现场工作的维修技工继续技能评定，并将相应的评估结果提交给主管复核。

9. Provide the necessary technical guidance and on-site support for special rework jobs.

对于一些特殊的返修工作提供必需的技术指导和现场支持。

10. Deal with supplier/customer for the suitable containment work instructions, and get formal approval from customer.

和供应商/客户协调合理的返工方案，并正式得到客户的认可

11. Provide the gaps analysis and make good solutions for the unachieved rework jobs to meet customer expectation.

对未达成的返工工作，进行问题分析，寻求一个更好的解决方案以便满足客户期望。

12. Work with SCSI other site for product / technical support to solve the customer issue if necessary.

如果公司需要，为赛思其他地方的工作团队提供产品/技术支持以便解决客户问题

13. Manage SCSI gages/tools, responsible for gage(s) and tools and calibration due date information, included periodical check, periodical maintenance and review.

管理赛思现场量具及作业工具，包括定期盘点，定期保养和维护，并对需要进行量具校验的进行定期校验管理。

14. Finish other responsibility assigned by supervisor.

完成其他主管交代的工作事宜

Personal Job Skills required（个人技能要求）

1. High level of professionalism required at all times

时刻具备优秀的职业素养

2. Majored in mechanism/engineering

机械/工程专业毕业

3. 3 years or above of experience in quality assurance.

3年以上的品质管理工作经验

4. 3 years of experience in automotive industries

3年以上的在汽车行业的工作经验

5. Knowledge of automotive specifications and standards

熟悉汽车行业规范和标准

6. Fluent in Chinese and English – speaking and writing.

流利使用中英文-说和写

7. Strong communication skill.

很强的沟通能力

8. Good computer skills – MS office, email....

良好的电脑使用水平-包括office, 邮件等

9. Can be on business trip is preferred.

可以服从公司出差安排的，优先考虑
