职位描述：
Position: Ecolabel Engineer/Technician

The applier must fulfill the following requirements:

Highly competent and specialiced knowledge towards chemicals, testing, and any other hazardious treatments used in the apparel/clothing industry according to Svane, EU ecolabel, REACH, ISO, Oekotex etc standards.
Eventually a full understanding of Svane/EU ecolabel requirements will be needed, special training and guidance will be given by Svane (special Norwegian ecolabel standard similar to REACH)

Must be highly organized to keep track on details re when/what have been delivered to ecolabel testing- what is tested and what will need to be tested.
Organized following up towards suppliers and raw-material suppliers.
A ”guard-dog” function to pick up all possible threats and issues which is against the chosen ecolabel standards and requirements.

Easy understanding project timelines/deadlines. Must be able to work with long term planning and deadlines.

Cooperative, trustable, honest, reliable and engaged in this line of work.
Will work hard to make sure Skogstad safely can keep its ecolabel certifications.
The person need to be able to admit if something is not understood in requirements or honest mistakes is made.

Knowledge towards our product field like coated/laminated, tape/seam-sealing fabrics and trims is appreciated.

Must be "up to date" on new regulations, work independently, perform precise and accurate work, take good and correct decisions by themselves, able to work under pressure, loyal, honest and a good representative attitude for our company.

Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
