职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1)Assist sourcing executives in sample development .
2) Execute orders by following them as per the instructions laid down and keeping proper filling records for the order.
3)Prepare signed Purchase orders and Performa invoices follow up with the vendors , export agents an maintain proper filled records of the orders etc.
4)Issue and prepare Master file for each order , get it signed by vendors and keep proper records.
5)Make production plan and follow up with vendors and monitor order schedules and completion time line.
6)Assist Inspection plan , documents and prepare quality assurance as per master files.
7)Coordinate with Export agents , Forwarders for booking shipping space and preparation of all required documents.
8)Follow up with vendor payments and co-ordiante with finance department to see all orders are paid an released on time.
9)Compile and consolidate performance data of each supplier on regular basis and monitor supplier performance.
10) Be ready to grow , by taking additional responsibility and new projects.
11)Job involves travelling to vendor , trade fair , sample development , inspection.

2)Good spoken written communication skills in English and Chinese.
3)Able to operate excel and , maintain records and monitor works.
4)Ability to to multitask
5)Good organisational skills , Proactive work habits , Analytic skills genuinely good with numbers.
