Summary of the Role
职位总结 To secure the supply of production material to the different production processes in order to guarantee/assure the continuity of the different assembly processes (material flow from supplier to customers) without disruption. This against the lowest possible logistical cost.
根据主机厂生产流程,确保生产性物料按时、有序并以低物流成本方式,从供应商处协调供应到主机厂,维持生产过程的持续性。
Main responsibilities
主要职责
? Once the purchase order for production material is placed, secure the material flow (both batch & sequence material) from supplier to the assembly/component plants.
一旦采购订单下达,确保物料从供应商到分装厂/主机厂的供应(含批量/顺序物料)。
? The local steering parameters (from the Plants' material systems) are being used to optimize the material flow (e.g. safety stock, unit loads, reaction time or frozen period, FTL or LTL …).
根据各种实地参数(安全库存,响应时间,装载单元,满载/半载等等),优化物料供给。
? Active participation in workgroups together with central MP&L.
和中央物流团队一起,积极参与工作小组活动。
? Coaching of current and new suppliers to improve the Delivery Performance. Guiding tools such as VSIM, A-reports, 8D reports, telephone conferences, F2F meetings, escalating activities, are being used to train, stimulate and enhance suppliers who do not perform in accordance with the VCC requirements.
指导现有及新供应商,提高供应绩效。掌握各种指导工具,例如VSIM,8D报告,电话/面对面会议等,培训、激励和提高前期不能按照沃尔沃要求行动的供应商的能力。
? Continuous improvement of working methods within Logistics by reviewing existing routines and issuing new ones.
根据现有工作途径和创新,持续改善工作方法。
? Monitor the information flow towards the supplier: call off should be sent correctly. The capacity and flexibility of the supplier is closely followed up and reported.
掌握信息流,正确传送订货信息。密切关注并汇报供应商产能状况和供货灵活度。
? Secure a smooth transit from old into new material with Change Orders and focus on minimizing the obsolete stock.
随时掌握工程变更状况,确保新旧物料的切换和调配和呆滞物料的库存最小化。
? The Supply Chain Co-ordinator keeps track and optimize the inventory level.
持续跟踪和优化库存水平。
? Proactive participation in changes at suppliers: the SCC remains in close contact with project, central MP&L and purchasing.
针对零件供应商的切换,积极参与和配合项目、中央物流团队和采购等相关部门。
? The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator has knowledge of the planning process and restrictions from the factory.
掌握相关生产计划和生产限制性条件方面的知识。
? Follow up personal KPIs and department KPIs by performing the tasks as described above in order to reach the QCDISME targets.
根据个人和部门KPI考核指标,完成工作任务,达到QCDISME目标。
? Working according the VCMS principles.

Academic Qualifications Required
学历要求
Bachelor degree in Engineering/logistics or relevant degree /物流/工程类及相关专业的本科及学士学位
Experience Required
经验要求
Have 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing/logistics industry, prefer to automobile supply chain experience.
至少3-5年制造/物流行业工作经验,同等条件下具有汽车厂物流供应链工作经验者优先考虑。

Taizhou·Geely V Automobile Project is an important program for transformation and upgrading of Geely Automobile in Taizhou. It is also one of the key industrial programs in Zhejiang province. Claiming a land area of 734.4 Km2 (equal to around 1101.6 Mu), and with total construction area of 393.954 Km2, upon completion, it will boast an annual output capacity of 200K vehicles, which will be mostly luxury cars compliant with globally uniform standards of technology and quality from Volvo, to be marketed internationally.

Aiming at tier one manufacturers of automobiles in the world as its benchmark target, this production site will be a modern plant equipped with automation for all processes, and advanced information and IT technologies, and at the same time it will be green and eco-friendly. At the site there will be shops covering the four major processes: Stamping, BiW (body in white), Painting, and TCF (also known as General Assembly elsewhere). The site is going to run at 30JPH, and there will be international logistic parks to meet its need for components and parts.

Its Stamping shop adopts automatic high-speed mechanical press lines of international standards; in BiW shop, at welding lines robots from supplier(s) of world reputation will be seen, driving a 100% automation level; Painting shop boasts advanced paint material which is water-based, plus a world-class automatic painting line from Durr, a German supplier; the production lines in TCF is so designed and configured that it will be able to accommodate mixed production of multiple models, assisted by full scale implementation of information and IT technology based Quality Control measures. The program is to be managed following the so called 5P principle, i.e. the emphasis is laid on People, Process, Product, Promotion, and Partner, so as to achieve a sustainable and accommodating growth of the organization.
