1, This position is a very top and important position in this company. He/she will in charge all of the company business which handled by China office.
2, Commercial manager will lead division manager and category manager in the China office and reported to China operation manager and Poland headoffice.
3, He/she must be very flutely English both in writing and speaking.
4, He/she must be over 5 years experience in the foreign trading purchase company in the similar leader position.
5, He/she must be very strong ability in figure analyze on the business and well organization on his people job assignment.
6, He/she must be highly team spirit and binding his peoples high working emotion to form strongest effectiveness.
7, He/she must be very good management skills and personal glamour to encourage his/her people work for him/her absolutely.
8, He/she must be very good at employee working performance examination, and make right procedure and guidence for his employees.
9,He/she must be total responsible for company business strategies and annual T/O accomplishment.
10, He/she must be able to aendure high working pressure and heavy work loading.
11, We will offer very good rewards if you are surely qualified on this position after 2 monthsprobation period.
