Job details In order to strengthen our purchasing and sales team and our internal, we are seeking 1 young professional with a desire to join a team consisting of young people – Chinese and French - and working in a fast-paced and changing international environment. 

Since our structure is relatively small (about 14 people), flexible and thus with a flat organization, you will have a unique chance to demonstrate rapidly your talents allowing you to climb very fast the corporate ladder with a full set of new responsibilities. 

Summary of the scope of the responsibilities: 

- Sourcing products; 

- Writing the product specifications; 

- Negotiating with both suppliers and clients; 

- Pricing strategically; 

- Writing and placing buying contracts; 

- Participating in the conception of the product packaging; 

- Performing the product quality control. 

In short, candidates should learn very fast how to manage a project from start to finish and work with cross-functional teams.

- Well-rounded, diligent, hardworking, responsible, and willing to work both in a team setting and independently; 

- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; 

- Ability to see the big picture and pay attention to details; 

- Ability to multi-task and to prioritize activities against competing needs;

- Creative and able to propose workable innovative solutions for our customers; 

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English; 

- Frequent regional travel is an integral part of this position. 

Minimum educational, foreign language and computer skills requirements: 

- Minimum degree requirements: 

a bachelor’s degree in engineering from one of the top Chinese universities; 

- Passed CET 6 English exams 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software package
