主要任务及责任： 

1. 负责根据客户的要求或根据营销的需要寻找、评估及选择新的供应商。 

2. 负责编制给客户英文报价单及帮助客户准备产品销售的主要英文技术参数。 

3. 负责跟供应商进行采购谈判，编写中文采购合同及参与选择产品包装及编辑英文设计。 

4. 负责编排产品英法文使用说明书及维修手册。 

5. 负责产品的物理或资料验货。 

6. 负责更新，管理所有采购产品的资料。 

主要技能及能力： 

热爱本职工作，勤奋好学且善于学习，工作主动，诚实负责。 

具备良好的个人组织能力, 能承受较大的工作压力。 

能独立的完成任务及在工作小组中配合同事及上司的工作。 

具备分析整问题体能力并注重细节。 

具备同时可以进行多项任务及懂得划分任务的先后顺序。 

具备优秀的中文口语及书面沟通能力以及良好英文口语及书面描述技能。 

熟练使用Microsoft Office Word及Excel 2013及Adobe Illustrator 6软件。

备注： 此岗位需要常到我司的合作工厂工作，在省内出差的平均频率为每周一天。

教育程度及工作经验： 

全日制大学本科及以上的电气类，机械类，数学类，物理类，化学类，应用经济学类等理工科专业。

英文基础：CET 6

Our standard services include factories sourcing and audit, buying, packaging design in French, English and other languages if needed, quality control of the products before shipment, and logistics services.

Our clients seek our advice to develop their business or sourcing strategy. By leveraging our factories network and market knowledge, we then propose tailored made product ranges that match our clients’ requirements.
