Major Responsibilities :

* Handle and check import and export bills, letters of credit and drawdown documents

* Handle and maintain relevant international settlement and trade finance accounts of customers

* Ensure customer service is maintained at high standards, especially trade VIP customers. Customer issues and complaints must be timely resolved

* Enhance capability of capturing end-to-end trade business from existing and new customers

* Enhance collaboration and synergy among sales, product and services teams under GTRF. Improve customer experience and quality on balancing business acquisition, operational risk control and customer service.

Incumbent Requirements :

* Minimum of 4 years' relevant banking experience in international settlement and trade finance operations

* Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC and SAFE

* Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
