1、基础施设备保养与维护；
2、地面维护与翻新；
3、客房清洁与公共区域清洁服务；
4、外墙清洁；
5、保安管理服务：如停车场安保、外围安保等；
6、绿化养护与租赁；
7、虫害控制与管理；
8、空气治理；
9、空调清洁；
10、地毯清洁；
11、搬运工与勤杂工服务；
12、垃圾处理；
13、开荒清洁；
14、日常清洁服务、夜间大清洁服务。
公司主要服务对象：
酒店、食品工厂、制药厂、研发中心、写字楼、大学、商务中心、其他。
岗位职责：
1、通过电话、邮件、拜访、论坛等销售手段寻找意向客户；
2、针对公司提供的优质客户资源进行业务开发；
3、根据公司理财建议为客户提供理财咨询；
4、根据个人情况可选择独立或者2人一组进行业务开发。
任职资格：1、具有吃苦耐劳精神，有较强的主观能动性和上进心；
2、具有较强的沟通能力、团队协作精神与亲和力；
3、金融、管理、营销等相关专业优先工作时间。
岗位要求：
1、18-25岁，性别不限，应届生，有销售经验优先考虑；
2、对销售感兴趣，善于挑战自我，不满足于现状；
3、吃苦耐劳，有较强的工作责任心和团队协作精神；
4、学习能能强，有自我主见，有较好的应变能力
