Position Description
The main missions of the role are to:
1.Quality Manager
？1) Scope of job function: All areas of the company include Incoming quality, process quality, customer warranty quality，supply quality, product quality.
？2) Set up, maintain, execute, and continuously improve the quality management system.
？3) Advanced Quality Planning, including preparing of control plan(leading responsibility), working instruction, inspection plan, process capability analysis to control and ensure quality of products.
？4) Prepare Quality documents to customer during the APQP phase (Prototype/ OTS/PPAP) and follow up until approved by customer to have PPAP approval in time.
？5) Deal with the customer complaints for APQP phase to improve internal quality & engineering management and to build good relationship with the customers.
？6) Quality support (including of quality trainings) to production and other departments after SOP if necessary in order to keep employees well-knowledge in quality operation.
？7) Supporting role in supplier assessment (quality assurance, control etc) as supervisor of SQE to ensure a reliable supplier base.
？8) Identifies and reports quality problems or trends in the assigned area to top management and all relevant dept in order to keep the organization informed in time.
？9) Work as support role of PMG global sales team in order to build good relationship and reputation of the company with the customers.
？10) Supporting role in quality assurance/environment/safety system as supervisor of QA to ensure the system running well. Leading audits from 2nd part and 3rd part, coordinate the internal resource to make the audits running smoothly.


2. People Management
？Management of quality team

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？1) Quality management theory and method
？2) Familiar with QS9000, ISO/TS16949 quality system and process audit, with internal auditor certificate.
？3) Quality manager experience in auto industry is a plus based on above experience.
？4) Internal audit ability for ISO14000/OHSAS18000/TS16949,Manufacture process audit ability
？5) Understand well the lean concept, and has knowledge of 6 sigma is a plus.
？6) Skilful at APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA etc…
？7) At least 5 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industrial

成立于2013年4月20日，由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司与法国佛吉亚集团共同发起成立，股权比例为50:50。

南方佛吉亚汽车部件有限公司计划投资总额超过3500万欧元（2.93亿人民币），由合资双方对等出资。新合资公司建成后将致力于包括仪表板、门板、中控台和驾驶舱模块在内的汽车内饰相关产品的开发、生产与交付，同时逐步向双方感兴趣的产品领域扩展。根据该合同，新合资公司南方佛吉亚将有助于加强和扩大佛吉亚与中国长安之间的技术合作，并致力于将合资公司打造成为面向整个中国市场的一流的零部件供应商。

未来南方佛吉亚服务的客户主要为长安福特、长安标致雪铁龙、长安马自达以及长安自主品牌。根据合同，合资双方将在深圳和杭州建立全新的工厂，同时将佛吉亚在重庆的现有工厂转移到新合资公司，并根据业务需要实施全国性布局。
