主要工作职责:
1、客户及供应商信息跟踪Client and Supplier Information follow
"与客户联系，明确客户的所有物流需求，和客户完成物流协议和包装定义
Contact with Client for their entire logistic requirements, complete the logistical agreement and package definition with them"
"与所有供应商签物流协议并定义产品包装
Build up logistic agreements with all suppliers, and define product package"

2、 对产品BOM进行评估Estimate product BOM
"与技术部门合作定义BOM及对供应商的相关要求
Do the cooperating work with technical department to define BOM and requirements to suppliers."
"与供应商确认BOM中与物流相关的参数如：最小订单数，包装尺寸
Contact with suppliers to complete the logistic content in BOM (min order, packaging dimension, etc.)"

3、 PC&L工具的使用及展开 Use and deployment PC&L tool
"熟悉PC&L工具和方法,负责在公司内推动该方法和工具
Be familiar with the PC&L tools and method and ensure provide the plant with them."
"和PC&L经理一起定义PC&L拓展的目标和行动计划
With the PC&L manager, define the PC&L deployment objective and action plan."

4、供应链管理及改进
Supply chain management &improvement
"分析供应链状况,制定改进计划,达到供应链更平顺,成本节约,面积节约,人力减少等目的
Analysis supply chain ,make action plan to improve the supply chain"
"供应链发生变化时,相关文件签署或更新
Update the document when supply chain change"
"与物流经理一起,定期更新工厂MIFD与MIFA
With the PC&L manager , update the MIFD and MIFA regularly"

5、新项目管理
New program management
"在项目阶段与项目组共同确定供应商物流协议,定义产品包装,成品包装,交付模式等物流信息
With the program team ,build up logistics agreement ,define product and FG package ,delivery mode with customer ect.in program preiod."
"向项目阶段依据生产要求跟踪物料到货状况,确保满足项目阶段的交付
Tracking the material delivery status according program prodution demand , ensure program delivery to customer on time"
"对工厂物流其他人员培训交接新项目信息,确保项目向量产物流部门的顺利实施
Train and transfer the new program information to other people in logsitics department,ensure program soomthly run in plant "

岗位任职资格：

南方佛吉亚汽车部件有限公司

成立于2013年4月20日，由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司与法国佛吉亚集团共同发起成立，股权比例为50:50。

南方佛吉亚汽车部件有限公司计划投资总额超过3500万欧元（2.93亿人民币），由合资双方对等出资。新合资公司建成后将致力于包括仪表板、门板、中控台和驾驶舱模块在内的汽车内饰相关产品的开发、生产与交付，同时逐步向双方感兴趣的产品领域扩展。根据该合同，新合资公司南方佛吉亚将有助于加强和扩大佛吉亚与中国长安之间的技术合作，并致力于将合资公司打造成为面向整个中国市场的一流的零部件供应商。

未来南方佛吉亚服务的客户主要为长安福特、长安标致雪铁龙、长安马自达以及长安自主品牌。根据合同，合资双方将在深圳和杭州建立全新的工厂，同时将佛吉亚在重庆的现有工厂转移到新合资公司，并根据业务需要实施全国性布局。
