职位描述
Responsibilities :
?Assure maximum sales within the assigned area through effective importer/distributor/dealer sales support activities, including the development of a business and marketing plan, conducted in a manner consistent with the principles of “The A-dec Way” and with A-dec policies and practices.
?Provide effective importer/distributor/dealer sales support by delivering product sales and service training, office design consulting, retail sales assistance, installation and repair oversight, and follow-up to maximize sales of A-dec products in the assigned area.
?Provide effective support to institutional customers in the area, such as government agencies, hospitals, dental schools (including their students) and military installations, to help them understand the benefits of A-dec products and help them determine project needs such as specifications and layouts for installations.
?Promote the A-dec brand in the assigned area by effectively managing trade show activities; Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers within the area through professional communications, commitment and follow-up. Expand sales channels and grow business in assigned area.
?Maintain awareness of business activities and opportunities in the assigned area as well as dealer and product performance, reporting about such matters in a timely manner.
?Assure a highly-qualified sales force by selecting, training, monitoring and coaching Sales Representatives.
Qualifications
?Bachelor’s degree (in a related field preferred) or extensive sales experience (dental industry preferred).
?Five years of high level account management experience, including supervisory responsibilities (dental industry and multi-national preferred).
?Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate, orally and in writing, with a wide range of stakeholders. Proficiency in the use of business presentation systems and technologies.
?Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively; Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
?Mandarin language fluency (written and oral); English language fluency (written and oral) is preferred
?Ability to undertake substantial travel (> 100 days per year)
