职位描述
Responsibilities
1.Handles cashier works such as reimbursement, payment and other bank actions
2.Reconcile accounts with the bank and cash in hand every month
3.Overhead expenses review and controlling with budget
4.Overhead expenses analysis
5.Responsible for general accounting matters, checking and maintenance such as bookkeeping, voucher inputting, etc.
6.Inventory and fixed assets managing
7.Taxes
8.Statistics reporting
9.The care of accounting archives
10.Other external business activities as required
11.Provides department procedures, working standards and internal reports base on owned position responsibility (Both in Chinese and English version)
12.Assists manager in annual accounting audit, annual tax return, yearly bank account examination and yearly examination of enterprise.
13.Participates in processing financial data and document and ensures that all entries are entered into the ERP system accurately and timely.
14.Communicates and coordinates accounting policies, practices, and procedures with other departments as well as with external parties.
15.Adheres to Company’s policies and regulations.
16.Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications:
1.Recognized certificate or diploma in Finance or Accountancy.
2.At least has the certification: Junior Professional Title & Accountant Qualification Card.
3.Preferable to have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a full set of accounts either in the manufacturing industry.
4.Having the good ability for English reading and writing
5.Computer Skills –proficient in MS office software, computer literate with knowledge of financial management software & ERP system would be an added advantage.
