职责
1. 制定并不断完善公司的各项财务管理制度。
2. 负责财务经营分析工作。对重大投资的立项论证，提出财务意见及分析报告。
3. 负责资金保障工作，保证经营需要，提高资金使用效率。
4. 根据发展战略，制定科学合理的投融资规划，负责境内外投资、并购、IPO上市相关工作。
5. 负责财务风险防范工作，做好财务测算和精算工作，及时财务预警。
要求：
1. 财务、企业管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 财务管理4年以上从业经历，具有丰富的从业经验和深厚的人脉资源。
3. 熟悉投融资项目分析评估中财务相关工作流程。
4. 熟悉国内外资本市场相关法律法规，熟悉企业融资上市相关工作程序、流程
和操作方法。
5. 良好的内外部沟通能力，较强的投资者关系维护能力。
