1、熟悉linux、android平台开发驱动及应用程序，熟悉其他嵌入式操作系统：Wince、ucos等；

2、熟练掌握C/C++或java等语言，熟悉qt开发应用程序，对软件界面UI设计与交互有一定的经验；

3、掌握计算机原理、数字电路、模拟电路等基础知识；

4、有工业控制经验，熟悉FPGA或CPLD的硬软件设计优先。
