Responsibilities

· Overseeing data collection and maintenance of databases to produce a comprehensive range of property indices to track rental and price movements for research purposes

· Production / editing of regular market briefings and preparation of articles for domestic and international publications

· Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for research seminars and client purposes

· Establishment of relationships with main developers, investors, and agents in the Chinese real estate market

· Coordination of research work with other departments within the company

Requirements

· Bachelor degree

· Analytical, presentation, and communication skills

· PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Preferred foundation in market research/consultancy experience

· Responsible, resourceful, self-disciplined team player

· Proficiency in English
