Job Description:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and other agreements/documents relating to business transactions or operation of the Company;
- Coordinating and supervising company registration and de-registration issues, for obtaining relevant licenses and permits required by the lawful operation of the business;
- Facilitating and streamlining contract approval procedures according to contract compliance requirements;
- Conducting training to business teams regarding commercial legal issues and contract compliance;
- Handle litigations and disputes independently,especially for labor disputes etc..
- Assistanting the Legal Director to complete other jobs as assigned, such as IP management.

Requirement:
- 3-5 years ( or above) legal working experience, best in IT industry.
- Qualified to practice law in PRC;
- Be able to work independently and provide sound legal advices.
- Strong learning abilities and willful to meet challenges;
- Excellent communication skills and client service oriented attitude;Fulency in English.
