Job Description:

- Responsible for style follow up until pp sample approval (PLM program)
- Size-set approvals in the market
- SMS inline inspections
- Supports technicians and merchandisers in inspections and approvals for all kind of samples from proto sample to PP sample, in-house and on the spot
- Responsible for a smooth workflow during sampling in QA
- Visit factories to check sample production or to join the PP sample handover meeting, will support factories in case of problems during sampling or production
- Is supervising the QA Technicians
- Supports the pattern maker
- Is developing the sample sections in factories and related processes to assure a smooth mass production (close cooperation, teaching in factories)
- Supports the QCs in case of any problem that occurs during handover from sampling into mass production stage, find solutions in co-operation with the QCs
- Works on workmanship guidelines
- Takes over smaller quality related projects
- Develops our sampling room to be able to take over simple samples and mock ups in-house more efficient


Requirements:

- Diploma in garment technology
- Five years above experiences in garment production
- Fluent in English and German
- Willing to travel, flexible
- able to work under pressure
- high knowledge about mass production processes and sampling
- advanced workmanship skills
- Good pattern making skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Good time management
- Project management skills
- Good communication skills
