职位描述(Role Summary/Purpose):
算法开发科学家主要进行相关医疗设备的图像重构算法的开发和维护,以达到系统在操作和功能方面的需求。该科学家在全面负责算法开发工作的同时,负责领导即将组建的开发团队。应聘者需具有数学,特别是不完全差方方程、不适定性反向问题和压缩传感方面的专业背景;同时具有有限元分析(FEM)知识的将优先考虑。
The Algorithm Scientist’s main responsibilities include developing and maintaining state-of-the-art image reconstruction algorithms for medical devices to meet the system needs of performance and functionality. The scientist will oversee the algorithm development and is expected to lead the to-be-formed algorithm R&D team. A solid background in mathematics especially in partial differential equation, ill-posed inverse problem, and compressive sensing is highly desired. Knowledge of finite element method (FEM) is preferred.
岗位职责(Essential Responsibilities):
1. 改进目前三维重构算法,提高设备性能,满足临床需求;
2. 制定卓越的解决不适定性反向问题的方案;
3. 和FEM科学家和临床合作方一起,改进临床设备的算法;
4. 为最初的临床试验提供技术支持;
5. 进行临床数据分析,根据临床数据统计制定诊断标准,并将标准整合到重构结果中去;
6. 分配团队成员间的任务,跟进和把控算法开发的进程;
7. 通过跨部门团队合作,去定义、设计和实现产品定型。
1. Improve the current 3D reconstruction algorithms for better performance to meet clinical requirements.
2. Develop superior solutions to ill-posed inverse problem.
3. Work with FEM Scientist and clinical collaborators to refine the algorithms for clinical setting.
4. Provide technical support in initial clinical experiments.
5. Perform clinical data analysis, develop diagnosis standards based on clinical data statistics and integrate the standards into the reconstruction results.
6. Distribute the tasks among the algorithm team and monitor the algorithm development progress.
7. Work across functions and team boundaries to define, design, and implement the finalized design of products
任职资格(Qualifications & Characteristics):
1. 硕士或博士研究生,数学、物理、电气、计算机工程相关学科优先;
2. 具有数学背景,有不完全差方方程、不适定性反向问题和压缩传感两年以上工作经验者优先;
3. 优秀的编程技能,熟悉C语言、C++ 、Matlab或其他计算机语言;
4. 有能力为具有挑战性的研发问题提供及时有效的解决方案;
5. 具有医疗成像技术(CT,PET,SPECT,MR,X射线)的知识,了解重构和校准的算法设计,以及性能建模和图像质量评价的
专业知识;
6. 具有医疗成像领域行业经验者优先;
7. 在相关学科或工业应用领域有创新和出版的记录;
8. 具有优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧;
9. 做事主动,能自我激励,有积极的心态,富有活力,注重效率和成果;能够同时处理和胜任多项工作内容。
1. Master’s or PhD’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or closely related disciplines are preferred.
2. Strong mathematical background is a MUST. More than 2 years’ experiences working in partial differential equations, ill-posed inverse problem and compressive sensing are highly desired.
3. Strong programming skill is a MUST. Familiar with C, C++, Matlab or other computational languages.
4. Proven ability to develop timely and effective solutions for challenging R&D problems.
5. Knowledge of medical imaging systems (CT, PET, SPECT, MR, X-Ray). Broad exposure to algorithm design for reconstruction and calibration and expertise in performance modeling and image quality evaluation.
6. Industry experiences in medical imaging sector are preferred.
7. Proven track record of innovation and publication in the scientific or industrial setting.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Self-starter, energetic, results oriented, and able to multi-task.
