Responsibility:

• Focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue and market share in African or Asian countries
• Be responsible for regional sales strategy and plan
• Developing distribution channel in local markets, and managing key customers
• Building up solid relationship with customers and help customers to set up aggressive sales plan and increase market share
• Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
• Coordinating with global marketing team to implement sales/product promotion to African or Asian markets
• Following up the sales order fulfillment and payment tracking
• Regular sales report to the management team

Position Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Biology related, Business Administration, International Trade and etc.
• 1-3 years of sales experience with international company, medical industry preferred
• Can Do attitude and be comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Proven excellent communications and presentation skills in English
• Be able to successfully work in a team environment
• Travel frequently, capability to work under pressure
• Be a problem solver with a positive attitude
• Have strong leadership skills
• Integrity and diplomacy
• Male preferred
