Role Purpose
OFR EXP OPERATION, Handle daily operation smoothly and efficiently.
Job Description
1)Receive booking and Organize shipment operations.
2)Keep team leader informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation;
3)Back up for either team leader or operation during their absence and annual leave;
4)Trucking Arrangement
5)Warehouse stuffing arrangement
6)Customs clearance monitoring

Job Description
1)Receive booking and Organize shipment operations.
2)Keep team leader informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation;
3)Back up for either team leader or operation during their absence and annual leave;
4)Trucking Arrangement
5)Warehouse stuffing arrangement
6)Customs clearance monitoring
7)Proactively solving any problems during operation process
8)For customs clearance amendment and FCC returned timely purpose, must present full set of documents(master B/L, HB/L and CLP) within 5 working days upon the request from our CDZ colleague;
9) Accomplish the task assigned by immediate supervisor. Daily operation duties;
10)Daily communication with customer/suppliers/other DGF colleagues for operational purpose;
11)Trace and track shipment daily;
12)Handling movement with GW and handling agency;
13)Issue invoice, HB/L, in computer system;
14)Report to OP Manager or Branch Manager if any operation problem;
15)File keeping;
16)Unknow account application;
17)Pre-alert to overseas offices. .
Job Requirements
1) At least 1-2 year working experience in this industry;
2) Excellent product knowledge;
3) Rich operation experience;
4) Educational Qualifications: College degree or equivalent relevant experience;
5) Good Team Player & communication skill;
6) Proficiency in Word/Excel, 1. Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry;
7) College degree or above;
8) Proficiency in Word/Excel;
9) Excellent communication skill.
