Job Responsibilities:
* Set team objectives and goals in line with business and drive execution
* Establish a structured approach to drive consistency and adherence to quality procedures
* Lead SQE’s activities focusing on supplier quality management
* Deliver results as measured by key metrics, such as supplier yield, COF/COQ, NCR, supplier quality plan engagement/effectiveness, and corrective & preventative action closure
* Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, and drive root-cause analyses, corrective actions and process improvements to reduce the NCR and COQ
* Provide technical skills and a broad range of quality expertise coach to team

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with at least 5 years of experience in sourcing quality and or related quality areaFamiliar with eSMS and supplier approval, audit and surveillance process
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, diagram, or schedule form
* Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality and is willing to travel
* Strong communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily and open to work with cross function.
