Job Description

- 独立负责公司境内诉讼事宜，如劳动相关纠纷，货款相关纠纷；
Handling all litigation matters within PRC, such as labor disputes, AR/AP disputes;

- 独立负责公司并购、分公司设立、注销分公司等公司法相关法律事务并出具相关法律意见；
Being responsible for M&A affairs, branch companies set-up or de-registration and providing legal opinions upon requests;

- 负责公司经营性相关合同的起草、审核、管理以及监控;
Reviewing, drafting , negotiating and supervising commercial agreements relating to business transactions or operation of the Company.

- 负责知识产权相关合同的起草，审核，并出具知识产权尤其是专利侵权纠纷相关法律意见；
Reviewing, drafting IPR related contracts, and issue legal opinions on IPR disputes.

- 管理团队初级法律顾问工作；
Managing and tutoring to junior counsel;

- 其他法务总监安排的法律事务处理；
Other legal matters assigned by legal director.


Requirements: -

- Master degree in law, with good academic credentials;

- 5-7 years or above related working experience as a lawyer or as an in - house legal counsel , preferably in a prestigious law firm or in a big company in China; solid practice in labor and AP/AR litigations will be a great plus.

- Qualified to practice law in PRC;

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;

- Strong learning abilities and willing to meet challenges;

- Excellent communication skills and client service oriented attitude;
