Responsibilities:

1.Provide all legal support to assure the company’s business operates in a legally effective and efficient manner, focusing on practical solutions tobusiness issues. Provide the Company’s management team with legal advice on and assistance in the development of proposed or pending business actions, decisions, or policies;
2.Be responsible for all legal activities, policies, practices, and standards of the company and managing issues related to company’s legal matters; Work together with related departments to prepare and finalize all company’s legal documents, agreements and contracts, Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts for international and PRC sales and commercial agreements to be carried out. Legal review including: nonヾisclosure agreements, contract letters of intent, partnerships contracts, particularly relating to commercial law, environment law, employment law and intellectual property matters.
3. Conduct and oversee research into a variety of legal issues in various fields and provide analysis of legal and policy issues affecting the Company and its business
4.Provide leadership for all legal staff and act as key interface with all outside legal counsel
5.Providing assistance in aspects of professional indemnity and public liability claims and helping to minimize company risk in relation to various projects, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications
?Tertiary qualifications in Law
?Must hold a current practicing certificate
Skills
?Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
?Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience
?Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
?Desirable experience or postゞraduate study in Project Management, Construction Law
