职位描述
留学顾问岗位职责:
1.负责与客户进行沟通交流,解答客户对留学事宜的相关问题, 针对不同客户需求提供符合客户实际情况的个性化留学方案.
2.负责跟踪学生的升学指导, 及时与学生家长进行沟通.
3. 指导学生的申请材料准备工作.
4. 参与公司季度性市场开拓及宣传活动,并承担部分文案工作.
留学顾问岗位要求:
1. 英文能力:英文能力佳, 较强的笔译或口译能力, 善于英文阅读, 写作.
2. 钻研精神: 有强烈求知欲和, 自主和快速学习的能力,,能透过复杂的表象抓住本质.
3. 灵活性: 思维清晰, 灵活,有良好的理解领悟和判断能力, 能够针对不同客户提供个性化方案.
4. 责任心: 有强烈的责任感, 有敬业精神, 具备良好的职业素养和职业道德,并能够用心深入细节, 追求完美.
5. 热情: 对工作和教育事业有热忱.
6. 勇气: 坦白直率, 有决断力, 敢于承担.
7. 表达能力: 沟通能力良好, 具备娴熟的咨询技能和沟通技巧.
8. 团队合作精神: 与同事进行良好沟通和密切合作.
9. 熟练使用office系列办公软件.
年薪6万至9万元间.
