Visual Merchandiser Manager -SHA
Based in Shanghai
Report to Country Manager, China
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and assist the boutiques in China on visual merchandising.
Coordinate training sessions on visual merchandising.
Work closely with the Regional Visual Merchandising department for the implementation of the seasonal décor and the needs for China.
Conduct shop visits and work with the local Communications team and Retail Operations team to ensure that global brand image guidelines are followed.
Assist in the implementation of seasonal themes (show windows, in store display, marketing events).
Source locally for visual merchandising props and supervise the local production of the décor.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of visual merchandising budgets for China market.
Provide VM support for product launches and activities promotions.
Responsible for all administrative work on VM.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
University graduate with fashion exposure.
At least 3 years’ relevant working experience. Experience in similar capacity with retail or service industry.
Detail conscious, creative, patient, able to travel within China.
Artistic sense – visual talent and strong styling sensibility.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Computer literacy.
