- Design and implement future-oriented strategies, methods, processes and systems in Supply Chain Management & Procurement to contibute to the development and improvement of Energy Sector North East Asia
- Responsibilities: e.g.: Raw material Hedging, eAuctions, Procurement Tools..
Key requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in strategice SCM/Procurement
- Familiar with purchasing processes, methodologies and systems
- Very good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good analytical skills
- Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Language: Chinese & English
