职位描述：

1、与各部门和业务人员之间进行沟通协调工作，做到信息的上传下达。
2、协助上级完成日常的行政事务，和数据分析。
3、负责客户档案和协议资料的管理。
4、负责部门内费用报销单据管理。
5、负责业务员入职、培训、转正、考核、信息维护等行政管理。
6、负责业务部门行政用品申购及固定资产等管理。
7、负责业务部门会议的行政安排和会议纪录。
8、负责业务部门客户来访的行政安排。
9、负责业务部门文件制度保管和发放。
10、上级临时交付的任务。
11、履行公司制度及体系规定的，本岗位应有的其他职责；享有履行职责应有的权力。

任职要求：

1、熟练操作OFFICE软件

2、1年以上工作经验

3、具有团队合作和敬业精神、较强的服务意识、工作耐心、细致

4、时间管理、抗压、情绪控制、沟通能力
