职位描述
Job Responsibility
-Develop training plan and strategy, derived from principle training strategy
-Ensure training plan are carried out and well implemented
-Ensure brand standards are kept to or exceeded
-Organize and administer trainings and evaluate and quality assurance of training and development measures
-Implement the current Corporate Porsche Academy (CPA) and the future Porsche Academy Learning Management System (PALMS)
-Conduct internal trainings and workshops with special target groups him-/herself if able to
-Track training record and submit training reports to management as well as to principle
-Participate in the training program and train-the-trainer organized by Principle
-Identify training needs by integrating business context and program offered by Principle and Jebsen.
-Coordinate to implement training plan, optimize the resources both internally and externally; Administer training information and training records; Act as an internal trainer for assigned courses
-Promote the learning culture in the organization by varies means of communication;
-Build employee competence for strategic competitive edge that drives business success by tailor-made employee development program, career planning, training structure and annual action plan.
-Work with Sales/Marketing/Maintenance/After Sales Service teams to generate/implement on capability enhancement programs; Facilitate competency assessment and development activities.
-Involved in some Talent Develop Programs such as Future Leader Program and Succession Program.
-Arrange potentials join talent development programs, link potentials development plan with business plan and succession plan
Job Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above
-Min 5 years hands-on experience in training and development function; experience in HR, managing change, supporting organizational excellence and leveraging resources preferred.
-Strong initiative, excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and presentation skills.
-Able to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese.
-Willing to travel occasionally within China.
-Willing to accept job rotation for development
