Major responsibilities and tasks:

-Ensures for all IT issues a first level support and a first consulting for the local business department
-Formulates IT requirements and supports the definition of the specification
-Responsible for IT testing of new implementations
-Provides training for the key users (delegation possible)
-Addresses incidents to the ZF IT organization
-Ensures local IT project planning and management
-Alignment of the IT Business Planning with the location and the IT Manager N China
-Alignment of IT issues with strategic aspect with the IT Manager N China
-Responsible for the local IT performance and the identification of system improvements (first contact person)
-Responsible for the local IT costs (first contact person)
-SAP in detail ( concerning Global SAP Template)
-AHD responsibility
-Ordering of change requests to the GST (via AHD)
-Addressing of SAP incidents to the GST (via AHD)
-Alignment of the Change requests with the IT Manager N China before ordering the GST application development (esp. for issues with strategic aspect)
-Addressing of system quality requirements to the local business departments (e.g. data maintenance needs addressed by the GST service report)

Major skill requirements:
-Good basic knowledge in SAP as well as in IT infrastructure issues
-Good overview concerning the local business processes
-Management skills in general such as
- feeling for costs and benefits
- ability to instruct people, to define priorities, to track tasks.
-Experience in project management
-Capability to communicate on all levels of the (local) hierarchy
-Good English language skills are mandatory
