职责 ：

- 有经验及能力开发、自我创新及推陈出新各样洗水和手作效果；

- 紧密与业务跟单/计划部/客人协作了解客人的洗水标准要求和传达正确洗水要求给样办开发/生产经理,以达到客人的标准;

- 做出及跟进所有正在做的样办进度,以协助业务跟单/计划部确保准时送回样办给客人;

- 在出样办给客人之前查核所有样办及所有样办进出记录;

- 以避免将来大货生产出现瑕疵成衣,在做样办期间应向样办开发/生产经理/生产部报告及告知客人采取必要防范措施;

- 确保大货生产之前所有样办,色差范围样办批核OK及交付于生产部;

- 为了降低成本及缩短生产时间愿意尝试新化学原料及生产程序;

- 管理和培训团队工人。

要求 ：

- 本科或以上学历；

- 具六年手工操作经验包括各种手喷；

- 具管理工场或带组经验优先；

- 熟悉各类洗水成衣欵式及: 首版” 设计办经验；

- 勤奋、有耐性及有创意；

- 有探究精神。
