岗位职责：
1、熟悉淘宝/天猫营销活动，包括聚划算、淘金币、类目营销活动、试用中心等常规活动资源，能够及时洞察并结合运营阶段战略，进行活动报名。
2、对店铺产品按照运营总监要求，进行商品管理，包括搜索优化、橱窗推荐、定价体系、产品sku整理更新、上新表整理、产品上架编辑等，完成部门内部的沟通传送。及时完成运营指令与沟通配合。
3、有系统有条理的完成一系列在职工作的可传承性的知识沉淀，及时提交周计划、月计划与各项会议。
4、进行淘宝站内、站外推广，熟悉淘宝活动资源能够充分利用淘宝的免费资源和付费资源进行产品推广，熟悉论坛，软文，博客，淘宝社区等一些资源进行营销推广！
5、 熟知店铺的发展情况，忠实自己的岗位，并及时向上级建议与沟通。

任职资格：
1、有淘宝网店运营一年以上经验；
2、精通淘宝的运营环境、淘宝制定的交易规则，熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理，有淘宝相关资源优先录用；
3、熟悉网络推广、传播方式和渠道分销，熟悉电子商务模式与流程；
4、性格开朗，责任心强，为人诚信正直，有团队合作精神和领导能力；
5、具备较强的创新与市场分析、营销、推广能力，分析与解决问题的能力。
6、品行好，具备勤奋，担当，执着，钻研精神。
