Primary Responsibilities:
? Accomplishing maintenance work order as maintenance schedule
按照维修计划完成维修工单；
? Prompt response for any break-down maintenance and troubleshooting, ensure the minimum shut-down time.
快速响应设备停机故障维修， 确保最小的停机时间.
? Operate and maintain plant/facility electrical devices and equipment.
操作和维护电气设备
? Repair and install automatic process control equipment
维修安装电气自动控制设备
? Be responsible for daily maintenance of pneumatic control systems, temperature, pressure control loop, loss-in-weight powder feeder.
日常维护气动、温度、压力调控系统，以及失重式喂料器设备.
? Comply with all safety regulations and practices, ensure field safety during maintenance work;
确保维修工作时遵守各项安全规定；
? Record maintenance result/status for every work order, close work order and give feedback timely;
记录每次工单完成结果及状态, 并及时给出反馈及关闭工单；
? Help to set up and update maintenance database and PM plan.
协助建立和更新维保数据库，更新PM 计划.
? Supervise and guide contractors in field to ensure the implementation safely.
监督和指导区域承包商确保其工作的安全性
Qualifications Required:
? Technical junior college, major in electrical engineering, automation or related major
电气工程、自动控制或者相关专业，大专学历。
? At least 5 years’ hands-on maintenance working experience in auto process control & electrical devices, preferred in plastics compounding plant.
至少5年的电气自动控制和相关电气设备的维护经验,如有在相关塑料行业工作经验***。
? Good team player, have passions on the work and willing to shift rotation
具有良好团队合作能力，能以良好的工作热情投入到本职工作中，适应倒班工作。
? Can work independently and under pressure
具备在压力下独立工作能力
Basic English skills in reading.
具备基本的英语阅读能力。
LV electrician operation certificate is a must, HV electrician operation certificate is preferred.
必须具备低压电工证, ***有高压电工证。
Be familiar with PLC control system.
