William Ye, the founder, who got his Bachelor and Master degrees from Zhejiang University and the University of Edinburgh respectively, is competent in Oral English and Business Communication. With strong background in Technology and Commerce, William is a person who excels in all the following 4 areas: Marketing, Foreign Trade, Software Development, and Auto Parts.

    

    

With our own developed online e-Commerce System, foreign customers’ orders for millions of models of products are well managed and easy to track.

    

    

Job Description:

    

1.     Inquire products from different factories according to customers’ inquiries;

    

2.     Compare and Analyze different factories’ quotation and make the best choice;

    

3.     Make quotation (in online e-Commerce System or offline in Excel files) according to factories’ quotation and our company’s customer quotation policy;

    

4.     Draft and sign purchasing contracts with factories and other suppliers;

    

5.     Tracking the progress of factories’ manufacturing and push factories to deliver the products before the deadline;

    

6.     Make delivery plan according to the estimated finish date of all ordered products.

    

    

Skills Required:

    

1.     English: Good Oral and Written English Skills is a must (CET-4 is a must);

    

2.     Degree: Bachelor degree is a must;

    

3.     Self-motivative;

    

4.     Good communication skill is a plus;

    

5.     Good skill in Microsoft Office is a plus.

    

    

Salary & Payoff:

    

1.     5K+ (Negotiable).

岗位描述：

1. 负责将外贸客户的询价表整理成发给各家工厂的采购询价表；
2. 负责在网上及其他渠道寻找客户询价产品的生产厂商；
3. 负责针对具体产品向生产厂商询价并整理报价表；
4. 将客户订单拟成相应的采购合同下给供应商；
5. 跟进采购订单执行情况，催促工厂发货，并严格把控完工产品的细节是否符合客户订单的需求；
6. 根据每款已采购产品的预计完工日期制定发货计划。

能力要求：

1. 能熟练操作Microsoft Office（尤其是EXCEL、Word和Power Point）；
2. 有较强的时间管理能力；
3. 能有效安排多项事务的处理与执行；
4. 英语四级以上。
