1. Improve user conversion and loyalty through different user touch channels: EDM, Push, SMS
2. Optimise performance and efficiency of these channels (EDM/Push/SMS) by working with relevant departments based in Hangzhou/France, as Product, Algorithms, UX
3. Develop localised communications and improve the attractiveness the content per channel (EDM, Push, SMS)
4. Design different kinds of communication contents to attract French users: promotional, customer lifecycle, trigger...
5. Data analysis and monitoring by multiple dimensions and develop improvement plans accordingly
6. Build up a deep understanding of UX in French market and explore innovative user touch methods / channels "

1. Bachelor degree (Bac +4) on Marketing, Communication, Business management; at least 1yr working experience in e-commerce or BtC online business; experiences on User Touch, User targeting, CRM
2. Very good understanding of french users and french e-commerce market; good at Data analysis & Monitoring
3. French native speaker
4. Self-determination, high execution ability, ease with multi-cultural working environment, high team spirit
5. Plus：SQL, Chinese"
