1、根据公司总体市场策略编制自己分管区域市场的销售计划；开发客户资源，寻找潜在客户，完成销售目标；

2、解决客户就销售和服务提出的投诉，协调处理产品异议意见；

3、从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发和性能提升提供参考性建议。

4、管理开发好自己的客户；熟悉他们的基本情况，随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。

5、 协助部门经理做好市场的客户开拓及关系维护管理工作，保证客户信息的全面完整及有效性，为公司财务风控提供参考依据。

岗位要求：

1、专科及以上学历；

2、具有较强的沟通能力，组织、协调能力；

3、较强的抗压能力，有传统销售经验尤佳。
