JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Merchandiser Assistant
OVERVIEW: The Merchandiser Assistant runs the day-to-day operations including: work with Operation team for all domestic and export order requirement, work with QC/ENG department for quality or technique issues. Work with trading companies, factories and freight forwarders to arrange the shipment
JOB INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Domestic orders:
1. Update the shipping schedule for all domestic orders
2. Make the sale agreements, send it to customers and file it when customer send it back
3. Input the Sales order and purchase order in the QB system
4. Check the order status and inform factories to send the packing information
5. Make packing list, invoice and delivery note, and inform factories/Logistics company to arrange the shipment
6. Inform factories to issue the VAT invoices
7. Scan the signed delivery receipt and file it after Logistics company bring it back
8. Scan Sales order, purchase order, invoice and other related documents and put them in the specified folder
9. Follow up the samples status and send the samples to customer
10. Collect all self-export documents and send it to the person who needed it
Export orders:
1. Make shipping mark and send it to factories
2. Check the shipping schedule in the Epicor Software and inform USA colleague to update the system when needed
3. Make shipping document, advise related parties and arrange the shipment
4. Check the invoices and distribute the amount to factories and freight cost
5. Check the statement with factories
6. Updated the ER List, etc.
Office:
1.Arrang drinking water for office
2.Update the material cost
3.Update vendor Score card
4.Update the QB system
5. Arrange the cleaning for Puheng and Puhao office
6. Service reception for Customer and USA colleague
7. Arrange Office Supplies to factory QC
8. Other tasks manager arranged
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE:
Excellent English skills both in oral and written English and good sensitivity on figure
Knowledge of QuickBooks/MRP/SAP system or other accounting system required
Willingness to learn company products
Familiar with merchandiser operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Welcome Fresh graduate to join us
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree, English level: CET-6
1 year working experience in merchandising processing will be preferred
Positive attitude at work: open-minded, efficient, responsible and organized,
Following rules and obey arrangements of leaders
With Accounting certificate is preferred
STARTING SALARY:
